Storms Rip Through Chicago

At work this afternoon I very nonchalantly stated that no tornado will rip through Chicago. Little did I know that I would go home and see a scene that made me think a tornado did rip through the city. Chicago Tribune has quickly put together a collection of photos. And here’s the damage I found at home:

I’m glad it wasn’t the part of the tree facing the house that fell. Others in Chicago had much more damage…

I’m glad that you, your house and your car are OK.
It’s getting crazier each year; “planeta are febra” e titlul unui articol din Elle, menit sa creasca impactul asupra cititorilor, se pare ca termenul de “incalzire globala” si consecintele ei, nu mai sunt destul de puternice pentru a ne determina sa avem grija de Terra. Daca si in Romania au inceput sa se formeze tornade, care “matura” orase, dupa saptamani intregi de canicula…….
