Free Cultures indeed. Oddly, I work for MS–call it “know thy enemy”.
I have no problem with gender confusion, especially out here on the interwebs where all can find equality in anonymity.

Mel, you deserve the mention. I’ve also checked out your other blogs and enjoy them all. I also see that we might have the “Free Cultures” movement in common as well. Also, I referred to you as “she,” and Johnny as “he”… so I apologize if I got the wrong gender reference. Of course I find referring to things as “she” a great compliment.

Alright, now this is just too much. Mana, I can’t tell you just what a rush it is when someone whose opinion I greatly respect is reading what I have to say and actually likes it. Thank you.

The ScienceBlogs combined feed is in my daily diet and I couldn’t agree more with your assessment and the individual blogs you highlight. Another one that I’ve enjoyed is Dr Joan Bushwell’s Chimpanzee Refuge. Really, I think this is the most important community of blogs out there.

I’m looking forward to reading Tikkun Olam, but PR Wave will have to wait until Google translates Romanian.

I’m off to spread the meme but I’ll be back soon.
